Family Support Specialists are trained and follow the Guiding Good Choices evidence-based format.
Court Ordered Supervised Visitation
R.E.D.Y. supervised visitation services are conducted in neutral locations or residences (based on court orders), and include round-trip transportation of visiting children/youth. During these structured visitation sessions, a focus on safety will be primary, while the additional introduction of parenting skills and guided parent-child interaction can be facilitated by visitation supervisor when requested by referring agency.
Reunification After Care Supports
After care services provide stabilization to families and children who are reunified following foster care placement. After care workers provide ongoing support to children and families to help reestablish family and community connections and improve communication and household boundaries. Workers reinforce appropriate parenting skills and coping skills, with the goal of allowing parents the opportunity to resume a stable role in their children's lives.
