Our Vision

Over 15 years ago the three founding members of R.E.D.Y. began their careers together, working with disadvantaged youth and families in rural Western New York State.  These careers continued to develop across state lines and throughout communities of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.  In serving these communities, the values of the R.E.D.Y. program were developed to include a focus on youth and family strengths, while enhancing community relations.  The R.E.D.Y. program believes in the power of community, and cooperation among systems serving youth and families.  These values are reflected in professional interactions with providers, as well as in the in-home and community-based services provided to consumers.
